It appears that 3 more cards have potentially been spoiled as comming out in the upcomming 2020 Tin of Lost Memories release. The rivalry between Seto Kaiba and his LEGENDARY Blue-Eyes White Dragon and Yugi Moto with his Dark Magician is once again gaining traction in this release. Above are the cards to show it.

Personally I do not see the spells getting more than a passing glance or even some sideboard action in the majority of decks. The trap, Destined Rivals, has potential as a lesser form of Dark Ruler No More. The ability to negate all of your opponents face up monster effects for a turn is a powerful move to be sure. You still have to worry about hand traps and graveyard effects, but, as a budget option or just for casual play this will be a sweet addition for a lot of players.
